Stitching Policy

At VIMENS, we offer both Semi-Stitched and Custom-Stitched ethnic wear. Please read our stitching policy carefully before placing your order.

General Information

Our products are available in Semi-Stitched, Standard Stitched, and Custom Stitched options (depending on the product).
Please refer to the product description to check the available stitching option before placing your order.
Minor variations in embroidery placement, lining, tassels, lace, or other decorative accessories may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
Actual product color may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Semi-Stitched Products

Semi-stitched products require final stitching according to the customer's body measurements.
Minor unfinished stitching is intentional and allows the garment to be tailored for the best fit.
We recommend having semi-stitched garments stitched by a professional tailor.
VIMENS is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from stitching performed by a third-party tailor.

Standard Stitching

Standard stitching is completed according to our standard size chart.

Please note:

Every individual's body shape is unique.
Although the garment is stitched according to standard measurements, the fit may vary from person to person.
Minor alterations by a local tailor may be required for a perfect fit.
Small measurement variations of ±1 inch may occur during the stitching process.

Custom Stitching

For customers selecting custom stitching:

Accurate body measurements must be provided while placing the order.
Once measurements are submitted, production begins immediately.
Measurement changes cannot be accepted after production has started.
As each custom-stitched garment is made specifically for you, custom-stitched products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases where the wrong product is delivered or there is a verified manufacturing defect.

Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate body measurements.

VIMENS is not responsible for fitting issues caused by:

Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
Weight gain or weight loss after ordering.
Personal fit preferences.
Incorrect measuring methods.

Alterations

Minor alterations may be required after delivery depending on individual body shape and personal preference.

Such alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Handmade Variations

Many VIMENS products feature handcrafted embroidery, mirror work, thread work, sequins, beads, and other artisan details.

As a result:

Slight differences between products are normal.
Small variations in embroidery placement or decorative elements are not considered manufacturing defects.
